About the Journal

Annali di Igiene, Medicina Preventiva e di Comunità is an international, multidisciplinary, full open access and peer-reviewed journal. It publishes original researches, reviews, rapid public health reports, and commentaries in the fields of preventive medicine, environmental health, and health policy.

Its mission is to join COPE (Committee on Publication Ethics) https://publicationethics.org/ and ICMJE (Recommentations for the Conduct, Reporting, Editing, and Publication of Scholarly Work in Medical Journals. Updates April 2025) https://www.icmje.org/icmje-recommendations.pdf to ensure the fairness of published articles.

Its target are public health researchers and practitioners and those who plan, manage and deliver public health services. It will also be of interest to anyone involved in provision of public health programmes, the care of populations or communities and those who contribute to the Public Health Service in any way.
Annali di Igiene considers submission of contributions on any aspect of public health across. These include:
